"I can't FTP to my account using 111.11.11.11 (replace with your IP address)."

Most IP addresses changed with the migration in September of 2008.  Please do NOT use your IP address (as it is subject to change without notice per our TOS).  Instead, use yourdomain.com as the host, or ftp.yourdomain.com.
