I can't access my control panel using http://11.111.111.11/menu (replace with your IP address), or via http://11.11.11.11/cp/rac/index.html (again, replace with your IP address).

Most IP addresses changed with the migration in September of 2008.  Please do NOT use your IP address (as it is subject to change without notice per our TOS).  Instead, use your domain name.  Also, the location of our control panels is no longer "menu" but cpanel.  Please update all of your bookmarks.

You should be accessing your control panel via http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/

Webmail remains the same: http://yourdomain.com/webmail or through the button in your control panel.
