I sent money for my domain renewal, but it isn't renewed.

Sending us your domain renewal fee does NOT actually renew your domain.

You must follow the instructions in your renewal letter, or at http://domains.behosting.com to renew your domain. It is a web based process you will have to go through, similar to when you purchased the domain. At the end, it will ask for payment.

If you did not do this and only sent us your domain fees, WE WILL NOT KNOW THAT YOU DID NOT ADDITIONALLY RENEW YOUR DOMAIN via the correct procedure. Thus, your domain will not renew.

Most people realize this when their domain becomes inactive once it's passed the expiration date.
