If your domain name expired and is registered through beHosting.com LLC (either with OpenSRS or Enom/BulkRegister), notices are sent out to the administrative email contact on the whois record at 60, 30, 15, 7 and 1 days prior to expiration.  If you do not recieve these notices, it's more than likely your admin email address is not up to date.

Please note:  We can not change your admin email address or any other information pertaining to your domain name record!

This is for YOUR protection.  If you find yourself in this situation, we can renew the domain for you (if you send us the renewal fees).  Then you must go to our downloads section and download the corresponding fax back form to get your email address changed.  Once that is complete, you will be able to request that the login be emailed to you so you can change the other information.

If your email address IS correct, it's possible that your mail filters are filtering out emails from behosting.com as spam.  We recommend you add us to your whitelist.
