First, locate the e-mail message we sent you when you signed up. Look for your IP address, user name and password. Your FTP program will ask you for these somewhere in the connection setup. Use the IP address or temporary URL instead of the domain name until the domain name changes (or registration) propagates.

FTP settings:

host: ftp.yourdomain.com

user: user you signed up with

password: password you signed up with

Make sure Use Passive FTP is checked.
