I sent you changed contact information, why isn't my domain registration updated?

When you update your contact information in the client area, this updates your HOSTING account. We have no authority to make any changes to your domain name registration. This is for your security.  If your domains are migrated to the new client area, you can manage and edit them from here as well. 

If not, you will have to log into the domain manager at and make the changes yourself. If you do not know your login, it can be emailed to the admin contact on the domain name. If that email address is no longer valid, you will have to download a fax in form from our downloads section to fax your email address change into the registrar. Once complete, you can have your login emailed to the new email address.
