I'm receiving the message ROOT WEB BUSY

This most often results when a FrontPage session is interrupted before its completion. To resolve the problem, connect to your Web server and then access your root Web directory (/[masterusername]/www/). Open the _vti_pvt/ directory and delete the file service.lck.
