To publish with FrontPage, you need to establish a few settings from the program.  First you need to log into your control panel and install the FrontPage extensions via the button found there.  Then to publish you simply need:

Publish to: http://yourdomain.com
Your user name and password are the same as your control panel. 

However, if you change your control panel login AFTER you have installed the FrontPage extensions, it will NOT also change your FrontPage login.  You have to do that from within FrontPage itself.  You will need to open the program live (open the site on the server, not your local copy) and go to your security settings to change the password.
